As a former student of Huddersfield University (UK), Ms. Thanh is also one of the prominent faces in the field of blockchain and financial technology in Vietnam.

Starting her career as a Marketing Manager at Infinity Blockchain Labs in 2016, Nicole Nguyen gradually came into contact with and learned about blockchain – a field that was still quite new in Vietnam at that time.
Nicole Nguyen recounted that when deciding to pursue the technology field, she also had many concerns such as not being too young, not having experience in technology, and being a woman working in a field with a higher rate of men than men.
`It was a risky decision at the time, but because I was so passionate, I decided to take the plunge. Luckily, I found the intersection between my experience and blockchain. That is the ability to connect the community.
Hai Thanh skillfully builds the Blockchain brand and community in Vietnam by organizing events and connecting the community.
`The future of blockchain is not only about technology but also about community,` the former British student emphasized.
Hai Thanh and his colleagues organized an event to connect the blockchain community.
In 2022, Nicole Nguyen and a friend from Korea co-founded APAC DAO – one of Asia’s largest B2B (business-to-business) networks for more than 2,000 blockchain businesses.
The unit’s main activities are organizing seminars and conferences, business connection and training in the Web3 field.
In particular, APAC DAO’s BUIDL Vietnam 2022 and 2023 International Technology Festival events have attracted the participation of dozens of unicorn startups and leading companies globally.
`We want to turn BUIDL Vietnam into a festival of founders, product developers and technology enthusiasts, building highly innovative applications,` Ms. Thanh emphasized.
Ms. Hai Thanh was a speaker for a financial technology event.
Opening up about his journey to becoming a blockchain community builder, Hai Thanh assessed that this job is not for everyone because most of the short-term material value will not come immediately.
However, the Study UK Alumni Awards 2023-2024 Champion still perseveres because of passion and strong will.
Besides the success of APAC DAO, Nicole Nguyen also holds many other important positions such as Vice President of ASEAN region of Global Impact Fintech Forum, Honorary Advisor of BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Women Entrepreneurship Vertical and Director
The co-founder added that she and her colleagues at APAC DAO and Global Impact Fintech Forum are urgently preparing for Vietnam Fintech Festival 2024 (VFF).
According to Hai Thanh, Vietnam can become a new `technology cradle` of the region, rising from a software outsourcing country to an attractive technology destination, especially in the fields of blockchain and Web3.
